Thanks so much for the suggestions, you guys!  As for the African coffee...I actually remember seeing that online somewhere, and I think that I got some for a family member a while ago (that tells you how many brain cells that I am loosing).  We totally tied in the missions/"orphan" theme for the female surgeon and nurse practitioner because we are giving them something from Amazima - I LOVE their ministry...too bad they don't have anything for guys!  I guess we will just have to go with a coffee/baked goodie theme for the guy surgeons....
